***Beginning January 1st, 2009 the new FHA loan limit will be $271,050 and the new downpayment requirement will be 3.5% of the purchase price.
Conforming 30 yr. fixed – 5.125% (assuming credit score of 740…rates may be higher for lower credit scores – rates are quoted with 1% orig.)
Conforming 15 yr. fixed – 4.75%
FHA/VA 30 yr. fixed – 5.375%

their agent got me good ,couldn’t get to my home quick enough on 12/18/08 to do a 30 yr fixed at 4.874 % on a remortgage. he even initialed it as i didn’t trust him on not bumping me on that rate. its now 2/14/09 and no one knows nothing and thru the chain of command no one will return our calls . i would not trust any of their agents or the company personell and stupid round and round finger pointing as to who screwed up there. i have everything signed and dated. i lost money and time and and my wife and i are thoroughly disgusted with wells fargo and their internal lies and excuse . there motto is a laugh. So i start over ,only with a repitable lender.

wells fargo got me good , i called on 12/18/08 and had an agent at my home immediately to do a refinance at 4.875 .he initialed the paperwork as i didn’t trust him on the rates and thought he might bump me plus it to be locked in at that time . well, well well. after numerous calls and finger pointing about internal problems, plus what should have been didn’t happen, my time and loss of money have left me bitter about the whole transaction so far . i went up the chain of command and received no calls back. It is now feb.14, 1909 and still no word 5 weeks later. this bank is dishonest ,untrustworthy, and should be investigated for its unethical conduct. now i get to stsrt all over , but a little wiser due to this stupid indevor.
